REFUND POLICY

Refund & Replacement Policies

If you received an item that is damaged or faulty we will happily replace the item at no additional cost to you. Please contact us within 48 hours after receiving your order.

Should you receive an item that is in the wrong color or size than the one you originally order, please email us a picture of the item(s) showing the size tag and its original packaging within 48 hours upon receipt of the order get a replacement.

We can offer you replacements at no additional cost if it falls under below criteria:

  • Items are faulty – damaged/broken or soiled upon arrival.
  • We sent wrong item – size, style, color.
  • Parcels that are lost in transit.
  • Measurements are provided on each product’s description to help you get a more accurate fit. We do not bear responsibility due to NON-RECEIPT or REFUSAL because the item that does not fit you.

Note: Please ensure that all the information you have provided is correct before submitting your order to prevent losses in mail or other mishaps from happening.
GAMANIRO will not be held liable to any misroute parcels. 


How do I return a product?

If the item you have bought does not suit you for some reason, you can return it within 30 days following the delivery date.

GAMANIRO does not bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Please note that returns can sometimes take up to 15 days to reach us. The corresponding refund will be made once your return is received. Please also note that only products in perfect condition and in their original packaging will be refunded. The refund delay depends on your bank and may vary.

Cancellation Policy

Can I cancel my order(s)? Yes. Cancellations must be made within 4 hours of order placement. Send us an email within 4 hours and let us know the reason why you wish to cancel your order.

We do not accept cancellation of orders outside the 4 hours window and/or because of the Standard Shipping reason. Please note that our Standard Shipping are posted in each product’s description hence all customers should be aware of this before concluding an order.

All refunds will be process within 24-48 hours before the fund reflects on customer’s bank account.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Send us an email stating your concern and attach a picture of the item(s) showing the size tag and its original packaging within 48 hours upon receipt of the order get a replacement or refund.

Note: Our team will inspect / verify the photo(s) before we issue out a replacement or refund. GAMANIRO reserves the right to refuse any replacement and refund if it does not meet the above criteria.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account again and contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of these and still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Merchandise Policy

In an effort to provide a worry-free enjoyable shopping experience and both offer and sell Japanese entertainment products (e.g. products related to anime, manga, games, or kawaii cultures including luxury products), Gamaniro has decided to adhere to the following guidelines for restricting the buying and handling of certain products.

We do not buy or handle any of the following products.

  1. Products intended for adults or products that are otherwise prohibited to those under 18 years old according to manufacturers or industry self-regulatory organizations*. (18+ merchandise)(third party standards)

  2. Products that depict sexual acts or any anatomical part of the body involved in sexual reproduction through direct expression.

  3. Products with themes of excessive violence including but not limited to extreme brutality, cruelty, gore, and depictions of death.

  4. Products with themes of illegal activities including but not limited to criminal activity, drug use, and child porngraphy.

  5. Products that criticize or strongly propagate the ideology of specific races, religions, or political views.

  6. Product that contain any themes that are deemed globally to be excessively violent, revealing, or otherwise unacceptable.

  • Industry self-regulatory organizations include but are not limited to the following non-profit corporations: the Computer Entertainment Rating Organization (CERO), the Ethics Organization of Computer Software (EOCS), the Film Classification and Rating Committee, and the Japan Film Ethics Organization.
